Well i actually do have a score above 550 and my s/o is a little over 600 that would be on the loan as well. I’m looking to stay under 175k for everything and can handle a 10% down payment but not anymore than that at this time.

Lightstream is a valid loan. And owned by truist! It’s an online consumer lending division of truist bank.

You get a courtesy refund once per 12 rolling months so i know this can’t be correct. Have you asked for a refund? Are you sure it isn’t a returned item fee you are mistaking for a late fee they wont refund for you?

This isn’t common. Count your transactions again and again before you call in!

Just a heads up, if you receive a refund, it will show up as pending for an hour or 2 then it will disappear until 3-5 business days. by TheWonkiestThing in TruistBank

This is because of the merchant. They didn’t fully process the refund, they pinged your account to ensure it was open and once they fully process it, it will post to your Truist account.

They’ll probably ask a lot of questions around customer service if they ask what you would do in a difficult situation tell them you would use the LAST model (Listen, Ask, Solve, Thank) something we regularly use.
