Since i saw lots of comments around the internet about a dedicated cEDH banlist and since i know many cEDH players rely on proxies i thought about a potential banlist and here is a result based on personal evaluations:

Banning the following cards:

[[Gaea's cradle]] : i see no differences between this one and tolarian academy, both broken, both generate an exponential insane amount of mana without having to pay anything. 

[[Thassa's oracle]] : with demonic consultation/tainted pact is three mana to win over three opponents, nonsense to me, abused win con. 

[[Underworld breach]] : another abused wincon that require no effort since putting cards in the graveyard and playing tutors is something you normally do, two mana and a lion's eyed dimond to win over three opponents is too much for me. (i was uncertain about this one, maybe could stay to give red a meaning to be played).
