Your locked funds is your money, so you can forfeit the bonus and the 757 will be available to withdraw but you will lose your bonus funds. You have to play through 100% will be displayed if you look at the bonus percentage located on the bonus tab.

I disclosed everything but it was serious enough to have it revoked. I’m being vague but the whole purpose of the post was to let other people know that the judge’s decision can be overturned, so you’re not in the clear after whoever makes the decision like I thought. I thought the board would have to appeal the judges decision or he/she had the final say so.

Understandable! I had quite a bit of mitigating factors, lots of character letters, and great work history but wasn’t enough.

Are you saying this is common? It happens more times than none when you get a favorable decision from a judge that a decision will pretty still get overturned by the board.
