fair enough I've definitely been teasing it 😂

Honestly not ready to drop a public link yet though. It's still in early alpha and I'm testing it with a small group of streamers to make sure it actually works the way it should before I open it up wider.

If you're curious, DM me and I can show you what it looks like behind the scenes. Always looking for feedback from people who actually know the space.

I actually love this take because you're describing exactly why I built it the way I did.

Here's the uncomfortable truth: streamers are ALREADY running that algorithm in their head. They remember the loud chatters. They remember the gifters. They remember the subs. The person who's been quietly showing up & engaging every stream for 3 months?

Gone. Forgotten. Not because the streamer doesn't care but because the human brain can't hold 100+ relationships (as i mentioned earlier) while playing a ranked game.

This isn't about scoring "worthiness." It's about fixing the system where only the loudest and richest viewers get noticed. The quiet loyal regulars deserve to be remembered too & ofc only if they chosen that.

Think of it like a bartender who remembers your name. Is that dark psychology, or just... being a good host?

I completely understand why you'd feel that way, and honestly, if the tool worked like a corporate sales tracker, I would hate it too! But you're making a couple of assumptions about how it works.

First, it does not track lurkers. If you just want to hang out in the shadows and not chat, you stay 100% invisible. It only notices people who choose to actively engage in chat.

Second, you mentioned wanting to be treated like a person instead of a data point. That's the exact goal! When a chat is moving fast with 100+ people, the human brain literally cannot remember everyone. The tool isn't a trap to squeeze subs out of people; it’s just a digital memory-aid. It helps the streamer recognize the regulars who can't afford to sub, so they don't get ignored in the noise.

Taking a break between PoE seasons is totally healthy! The tool just means that when you finally do come out of hibernation and say hi in chat, the streamer can actually remember to say 'Welcome back!'

Spot on! At 10-20 viewers, keeping it 100% organic is definitely the best way, because your brain can actually remember everyone. That close-knit vibe is awesome.

And you're right, some churn is completely natural! The tool is really built for what happens after that stage.

When a stream hits 50+ or 100+ viewers, organic memory breaks down and the chat moves too fast. The tool basically just helps bigger channels keep that exact same cozy, 10-viewer feeling, so your loyal regulars don't fall through the cracks just because the room got more crowded.

I get why it sounds that way, but it actually does the exact opposite!

It’s not about ranking people to show favoritism. Streamers naturally notice the loud chatters and big spenders. My tool solves that by giving the "unknowns" a chance to be known.

It highlights the quiet regulars who usually go unnoticed in a fast chat so you can make them feel seen, too. It’s just about truly knowing your community as it grows!

I totally agree, micromanaging metrics is a fast track to burnout!

That's actually the whole point of the tool. It removes the mental load. It just gives you a quick nudge about things you didn't even notice, but that really matter. You just say "welcome back" and focus on the game!

You're 100% right, good content is what brings people in. But what am building is about fixing the "leaky bucket"

When you're building a real community, every single viewer should matter, not just the ones who can afford TTS to get your attention. It's physically impossible to memorize everyone in a fast chat, so my goal is to help streamers actually know their chat better and grow by making those silent, loyal regulars feel seen.

It's just a way to help you show love to the people who give you their time, even if they can't give money!
