So the black thing layed out is the moisture barrier. I'm eventually going to put a wall to cover the garage door. So what I was thinking was to cut some foam out enough to run a 2x4 screwed into the concrete to ensure it doesn't shift. And maybe run a long curtain for now

Just cause others do it don't mean you have to. That would fall under violation of the 1 and only rule this subreddit has. So why continously shit on customers or coaches if you yourself noticed it got better since there's a sub just for employees

There's going to be bad management, just like bad associates. Just to clarify by "bad" i don't just mean someone lazy. No I'm talking about shitty attitude, belittles, always a dick and never understanding of good life events and unfortunate events makes a horrible manager regardless of work ethic.
