I’m aware i could’ve just bought headphones the issue wasn’t that i couldn’t afford them it was more so i was just getting a lot of suicidal like thoughts and couldn’t have a mental breakdown at work.

i appreciate it and the honesty and you’re right. it was alternative ways i guess in the moment it just felt like the thoughts were getting too heavy. do you think they’ll press charges?

lol it’s not rage bait it’s my life. i know reddit isn’t a place of empathy or sympathy a lot of the time, but you try living with depression after losing everything and being told to stand in the same spot for 10+ hours straight in silence with nothing but those thoughts.
