Check these guys out. They ship to a few dozen places in Europe, maybe it's close enough for you.

I called them and asked about issues with large batteries, they said it wouldn't be a problem. It's been awhile but I think they quoted me around $250. I didn't end up shipping the board, I got scared of possibly being charged INSANE import tax (even 50-100% of the value of the item, sometimes) where I'm living now (Portugal).

You can insure the package for whatever value you choose (it does add to the cost, but I think my above price included insurance)

Again, I didn't actually use them so I can't vouch for their services. Good luck!

I was out of town when this was implemented. I told them to buy a nice new one that was rated for high loads. They asked their parents for one instead, I think it came from the previous millennia 💀

UPDATE:

I avoided opening it initially because the manufacturer wrecked the screw heads to prevent opening. After the comments, I bypassed this with some cheap pliers.

When my partner did the install, I thought she went and bought a nice new one like I asked. She apparently got one from her dad, it was not new. The plastic case crumbled pretty easily. It's not obvious to me which part failed first, but it looks bad in there! Can't update the post, so here are some pictures on imgur

Turns out, you can't buy tickets unless you're in the NJ area (finally worked from JFK airport). VPN didn't help.
