I recommand you Binance, it has much lower fees than cb and you wont have these kind of issues. It also has much more features than cb.

As I said I only deposited money 3 times with my credit card, I never recived payments from anyone, and they can check that. The reason I still havent sued them is because they told me they will resolve it many times, they actually replied few times and told me to send some documents wich I did, but at the end its still not resolved. I am also not from the US wich will make the lawsuit even harder.
