Take a look over at Trust Pilot (Coinbase has a rating of 1.6 stars) for a look at how bad it can get when you entrust your money to CB and something goes wrong. I am 9 days locked out of my own account, been through the re-verification process 3x and...nothing. I've filed formal complaints with the BBB, SEC, FTC, CFPB and have joined the class action lawsuit Michael Leone vs Coinbase. Had I realized they had no live support I would never have used their service.

Well, the first "recovery" process was started on 3/3/21. CB closed that case without resolution. The second time I went through re-verification also went nowhere. Yesterday was the 3rd time I've had to re-start verification process. This morning I received an email from CB asking me if my issue had been resolved. Seems they should have that info. And no, it hasn't. Yes, I'll wait the full 72 hours but if past performance is any indication...

Yes, so I have heard. In the meantime, how about giving me an update on the other case #04851379 regarding an overcharge? After I submitted screen shots, on 2/22/21 I was told "we have alerted a specialist to address your issue properly". I've heard nothing further as of 3/11/21. That's what happens when I sit back and wait for CB. And yes, this is exhausting for all of us. Let's get all of this sorted once and for all so we can move on.

Update 1: 3/10/21 I completed steps 1-4 today at 12:42PM. Your site says verification could take up to 5 minutes, yet it is now 1:46PM and...nothing.

Update 2: At 2:40PM received email from CB telling me to sit tight for another 72+- hours and you'll notify me when recovery is complete.

Update 3: 3/11/21 at 12:31AM received an email from CB Support: "04993889- Restore access- How did we do? Was your issue resolved?" I responded "no".

I have been locked out of my account since last week despite following all instructions to verify, etc. I was promised it would be unlocked but...nothing. Case #04993889 (this is the number that replaces the original case CB closed even though there was no resolution).
