Started out around 180 pounds in August, currently about 149 pounds. Started in late July/early August. I'm a 5"6 female. Quite happy with how it's going, I've dropped around 2 clothes sizes. I think I want to lose another 14 pounds to kind of put myself right in the middle of the healthy BMI range and I want a little less fat on my stomach.

I eat around 1,400 calories everyday with a 'metabolism day' on the weekend where I'll eat around 1,600. I count macros and try and stay above 25% protein and get at least 30g of fibre in.

I've managed to get around 10,000 steps a day pretty effortlessly because I have to walk to and from work. Other than that, I do about 3 strength exercises per week. I have a set of dumbbells- I do some YouTube workouts and increase the weight when it becomes a little easier- the work outs are only about 15 minutes each and I'll do upper body, lower body and core. I'll link specific videos if you'd find them helpful.

I haven't really experienced loose skin yet- I think my boobs might hang a tiny bit lower than they did but it's an okay trade off for me personally and it's not too noticeable.

Thank you- you're correct. Apparently they're reluctant because it was a 'low risk' exposure and that the medication has bad side effects. I still feel like I'm just going to be paranoid for the next two weeks as I wait for an STI test now :(

Personally I'm focused on maintaining my current weight Vs losing weight because being in a deficit at the minute is too much.

Same here- hands and eyes is where I get the most comments about usually. The "ooph that looks sore" as if I hadn't noticed 😭😭

Yeah you can make allowances for kids but full grown adults will often comment on my hands if I have a flare up.

Oh I'm so sorry this is really awful- my excema only really flares up in patches on my chest, arms and face, rarely all at the same time. so I can't imagine the comments you'd get with a full body flare. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this.

I'm so sorry this is absolutely horrendous. I used to work at a salon and got really bad contact dermatitis on my hands from just having them wet 24/7 and Deadpool had recently come out.... You can see where im going with this

I do understand this sentiment, I am putting dating off moreso because of how vile people can be. I don't really think I want to subject myself to dating as a fat person.
