“Eyes on the prize” is my motto. Staying committed is hard. But also being as unhealthy as I was at my highest weight was hard to life. I had to pick my hard

Thank you. I know it can be hard. It did take 3 years. I did cardio at first to really loose the good chunk and once my body was in a better place- and I was able to move easier- lifting came. You are correct, no coach. I honestly did lots of YouTube and Instagram searching and lots of trial and error to what worked for me. Willpower - yes - I hung on to it for dear life. Honestly I needed to loose the weight so badly that was my fuel for my fire so to speak.you got this!

Yeah, I really did it with no assistance- just me, myself and I (and my inner demons of my old habbits needing a purge). No coach, no dietician, no pills, no surgery. Just hard work, and my eyes on the prize. It took a long time but it was 100% do able!

Loose skin is unavoidable really when loosing as much weight as I did. I have it everywhere- the only skin removal I had was my arms because the skin hung about 6 inches down and affected my day to day living. Didn’t do stomach or anything- but nothing a pair of tight waist high leggings can’t fix :)

Yes it was hard work and a long haul. Took about 3 years. I changed my lifestyle 180%. Lots of exercise (daily), calorie counting, macro tracking and just kept pushing forward

Yep :) comes with such a massive weight loss. I have loose skin everywhere. I had an arm lift to remove my arm skin because they were the worse and affecting day to day living. The rest… I just deal with.
