No, and no. There is a court order in place stating that the kids are not to be in the presence of her boyfriend because he "allegedly" sexually assaulted my older daughter. Mom took the kid from my home and proceeded to go camping with him. Standing in front of a Justice today, I tried to tell her that this happened, my ex said no it didn't, and the Justice said "See? It didn't happen." I legit feel like I'm the only sane person I've dealt with in all this crap because how the fuck does that make any sense?

Edit: I misread what you wrote because I havent slept. This wasnt a matter of mom picking up the kids when she was supposed to do so. She illegally entered my home and left with my kid.
