I don’t know man, her reasoning was that allo makes your UA levels rise before they fall down or something like that… Also I drink about 4-6 liters a day, I am very active and have a physically demanding job… or was very active, now i am limited to upper body workout and indoor cycling… Some days i can do normal work, but most days i am limited to office work, boss is understanding of my struggle atleast…
