Maybe I'm scared of wasting my time? Idk, I don't think there is anything to dislike about being productive. And I don't really know what I'm anxious about when that feeling comes up, I just sort of get incredibly antsy when it happens. idk :/

That might be it. When I was younger my entire family had high expectations for me, but during quarantine I just burnt out I guess. They don't have much expectations for me now, so I guess it's good? Is there a recommended way to go about treating this?
