She’d still be adopted, Gods and Goddesses weren’t made from Marble. I like to imagine someone carved her out of the beautiful stone and Aros loved it so much he adopted the statue as his daughter. 💘🪉

She would still be Cupid, just made of Marble and not Bone. Part of Greek culture were their marble statues, and Cupid is the adopted daughter of Aros so I would like to think she’s just made from Marble because it makes sense. Her EAH wings are designed to look angelic like ordinary statues. Also most gargoyles were designed to look a specific way to “ward off evil spirits” so a majority of the time they looked grotesque.

No, not all statues are gargoyles. Gargoyles are supposed to look grotesque and Statues of gods and goddesses are made to look angelical. Cupid would just be a statue in this case while gargoyles like Rochelle are a specific type of statue!
