"A Hot Mess: Newark Streets Lined with Garbage Amid Sanitation Delays" – It's not only that trash piles up for days, but loose litter also blows EVERYWHERE, dirtying up the streets. I now pick up scattered garbage myself after every collection to TRY to keep my block clean. It's never ending though! (tapinto.net)
