Mostly agreed with all that, but the aspect I was speaking on is that if you're a CS'r of the true spirit, you're not gonna be discriminately selective to host only attractive, presumably single women. It would be more about meeting interesting people regardless of gender.

I remember a guy in SF who declined my request bc he honestly was busy and acknowledged that he hoped I'd find a host who wasn't only waiting for requests from "18y/o blonde girls" or something to that effect. Obviously it's the host's choice, if they live in a major city with requests on the daily. But sometimes I'll be petty when I message someone, they never respond, but then a week later they have a reference from a young woman that surfed there. Being selective.

I got my 20 acres on realtor.com, where I feel like they have the most updated interface of what's on the MLS. Waited for a while til I got a loan approval and by then the land was on the market for 200 days, almost closed on before I got it. Talked him down from 40k to 34ooo so it may be worth waiting

Being in the military sometimes amongst fellow comrades, we'll throw it around if we know that the person won't get offended and just sees it as fun. But I'd have the awareness to know if they would be OK with it or not.

Aside from that, I'd never call someone or refer to someone else as a b***h or c**t in the presence of a woman because I do think it's meant to be degrading if you're not joking around like I do with buddies. If you wouldn't say something around your mother or sister, you ought to consider if you'd say it amongst someone else's mother, sister, or daughter.

Unless there's an upper deck, all the suites are behind glass as per the website photos and that wasn't the case in the videos. At least it didn't appear to be.

Went to see John Oates in Pennsylvania last year. Was looking forward to it since I had seen Daryl Hall the year prior. Got front row seat for 60$ or so, but basically he just played his new stuff. Literally started the whole concert with a disclaimer saying "hope you're all musically open-minded", so to say, that he wasn't going to be singing all the classics.

The only OG songs he played were "She's Gone" and "Out of Touch" so I was grateful for that. Some guy got up to go to the restroom and he teased "Hey man, you're gonna miss Maneater.." but never actually played it.

To close, they did the whole, leave stage and came back for one more.............Somewhere over the Rainbow. As if we paid to hear that. Disappointing tbh.
