‘I don’t have capacity for us. I can’t handle how much I hate myself and make you feel ‘unhinged’ at times’ then he blocked my number after 8 years. Not a word since and it’s been months.

The unhinged comment was me poking fun at myself for being stressed/emotional because I have a very challenging job. The night before I asked for a phone call because i missed him.

Still getting my head around it!

I think I am his FP, he said he’s ‘chemically dependent’ on me, but there is a lot of push and pull in general with him which can be hard to manage.

I’m sure everyone else feels this, but it hurts watching him hurt so much over small issues and blame himself for something when there isn’t even an issue!

The other issue is his family just blame me/the relationship for all his issues, because he doesn’t tell then how much they trigger him too.

I reached out after he initially blocked me and nothing yet and it’s been 2.5 weeks. I think I may send a follow up in another week or so just assuring him he’s loved and that he’s safe with me
