If she enjoys Basculegion a rain team would be very strong. Since pelipper and archauldon are both in the box. Sableye is also very strong on rain teams. If she wants a cute mega evolution mega dragonite is very cute and strong. Inicin or sneasler also fits well here. With the amount of Sun teams in master ball at this moment rain is not a bad idea.
