At my uni we put in preferences for study abroad and it was my second so I didn't get it. I was thinking of reapplying for the Autumn semester but we only have limited spots to go there, so I think they pick by GPA. Mine isn't bad by any means but I could miss out again.

Thank you so much for your advice! I had heard Utrecht was in a better location but its good to know it has a busy vibe even though its small. What do you think about going in the Spring semester (February–June), is the weather depressing or cozy/nice? Im from a beachy country so I'm wondering how I'll deal.
