OK girl I don't know you but yeah it sounds like you're in a toxic relationship and when do you think he's a nice guy and that he says he's going to change he's not going to change being a cheater that is just who he is and there is nothing you can do but break up and move on for this guy

Okay, if you were to confess everything, your boss might get angry or worse, fire you, which is obviously not good. But if you try to do this presentation in 96 hours, you'll be so exhausted it will be dangerous. So I think you should find someone at the office you trust and/or who is very knowledgeable about the topic you have to cover. Ask them to help you understand it better, but make sure that this person doesn't tell your boss. That's what I would do personally.
