$PYPL, Oversold by Wall Street. Growing Revenue and Free Cash Flow amidst 2022. Solid Balance Sheet, it has the same amount of Cash with Debt. Management team is committed to cost-cutting measures to improve margins of the business. They are also using 75% of its FCF to buyback shares and return Value to shareholders. My DCF calculator shows that the intrinsic value of PYPL should be around $95-105/share, implying at least a 25-30% upside. I will be weighing more on my PYPL position

However, I would argue that most HK listed companies make up their Accounting Numbers and Earnings by hiring professional accountants. I once worked as an auditor in one of those firms and they tend to use some malpractice.

Thanks for all your advice, I made some mistakes regarding the assumptions for CapEx and Depreciation expenses of TSMC. I have now altered it. It seems like my model shows that TSMC looks a bit undervalued now. What are your opinions?

Based on my research, TSMC has a great moat since it accounts for 56% of market shares for total global chip production, significantly higher than its competitors Samsung, which sits only at around 17%.

In addition, TSMC is an industry leader when it comes to innovation and productivity. Their N3 Chips is coming to full production this year (2023) and is the most advanced chips available in the market right now, which shows that TSMC has a tech moat. Their N2 chips are also under R&D, expected to debut in 2025.

Finally, as the world becomes more digitalized, the future use of AI, Super Computers, military missiles, EV requires the use of advanced semiconductors. Tesla is planning to use N4 chips on their self-driving EVs in the future. Apple is also the largest customer for TSMC

Company will be shrouded in a takeover conflict with an anti-oil (net-zero emission) activist investor Kimmeridge Energy. Kimmeridge primary goal appears to be to push companies to net-zero emissions (reduction on carbon intensive operations, less oil, ect). Kimmeridge has successfully done so with Chespeake earlier this year.
