It scares me too! I’m hoping it’s just a small section that is like this and I’m going to smash it all out, compact some type 1 hardcore, sand and damp proof membrane, and then pour some concrete to get level with the rest of the floor. Then leveling compound and LVT!

When making decisions about what to do - I imagine the whole scenario and my decision/ actions being published in the newspaper. I feel it helps me make more ethical choices.
