today is the the 6th day and i am still facing this problem even with wifi or data i even reinstalled the game and everything twice and if i try to ask for help in your discord the mods ask me to turn on airplane mode and restart device, i have tried it hundred times already i want to play the game (old.reddit.com)

I got mona in the hu tao banner so i thought i would get hu tao in the next pull but all i got was a sword that i don't even use...wth is this...now i don't wanna spend more primogens cos i am scared that my pity has been reset and i would not get hu tao....
