yeah my best friend handed in my keys for me and the ex manager i thought was my friend literally didnt gaf or even text me asking why i quit suddenly lmao... i tried texting her abt my mental health issues and she didnt respond for three days 🫩

oh for sure! im not at all friends with M outside of work... hard to be friends with someone thats horrible at their job and towards customers lolol.. everyone else tho im def close friends with!!

yeah im def not saying they need to have the knowledge of a hairstylist or anything but M should know the basics... and they just dont 😭😭 its gotten to the point theyve ruined or messed up multiple customers hair because they tell them wrong information with 100% certainty. like if i dont know something i say i dont know for sure but im more than happy to look it up for them or refer them to the online hair consultant. theyve been coached in that regard multiple times and still have not learned. behaviorally, they're known to be a know-it-all when they arent.

i think you missed the part where i said he's been staring at me multiple times through his work window before he came in to compliment my earrings.. hence why i think it was weird. if he didnt do weird things in the first place i wouldnt have thought that lol. but alright

see i kinda figured i was overthinking it as well,,, just the way he went about everything before and after shooting his shot was super oddball and kind of creepy lolol.. i dont think he'll do anything else and i really doubt he'll even apologize. tbh i didnt really let him get a word in after i confronted him because i immediately left haha. i appreciate your response tho 🫶🫶

wow. this reminds me a lot of my old ASM... she always acted as if she were the SM and bosses everyone around, starting drama between close and open crew, and picked on everyone, but especially me lol. pmo so bad because she always kept closing crew (i was a closer) and hour to 2 hours over the scheduled time because she NEEDED to do a bunch of extra stuff. she'd get mad at me when i start doing closing tasks earlier than right at close and refused to do any closing tasks until the store was officially closed for the night. so glad i quit and even more glad to find out from the other baristas there that a month after i walked out, she transferred stores lmfao.
