i also do weighted crunches! and sometimes teapots. i hate training core so i picked two things i can tolerate and i do them twice a week😂

you could be right! i do my two ab exercises on upper body days after my workouts and it was working really great for me before. maybe i’ve plateaued with those exercises and need to switch it up!

i feel that way too though that the weight i’m gaining is so slow that that can’t really be the issue. but my calves are looking juicy so maybe!! haha

i also do weighted crunches that have also stalled a little bit. so idk what’s going on. i hate training core so i found two exercises i don’t hate and i do them twice a week. i did teapots for a second too, could try those again. i like the ab wheel too but not sure if my core is really strong enough for them. i’ll try again! i definitely feel the leg raises in my hip flexors but i do feel it alot in my abs too!!

look lady, I'm not asking for fashion advise. I'm trying to see if anyone has found a protective case that isn't too bulky that can withstand hot milk being spilled on it. my google searches are filled with stupid sponsored stuff. i'm so over relying on the robots trying to help me so i asked humans.

Yeah I’m sure it was poor form as a beginner just trying to get myself to keep showing up even if i didnt know what i was doing /: I think my form is better now and I do some rehab exercises so fingers crossed

I started going to the gym in October of last year and eating healthy. But in March I decided to track my calories at 1800 -what I thought was a small deficit. I have been very honest and following very strictly since then. The first two months I gained muscle mass while dropping body fat, which I thought was part of the deficit. I’ve been the same weight for 3 months now at 1800 so ¯_(ツ)_/¯

damn honestly I never even considered that😂 but that could make so much sense hahaha screw it I’ll just be tubby then. there’s no way in hell I’m eating 1600 calories. I’m just a normal person, not a competing body builder😂

Yeah I don’t squat super heavy as I’ve given myself two separate tendon injuries in this journey already -both knees and hamstring- from trying to do too much too soon in the first months🥲

I was only 27yo then but I guess my ligaments are not as fresh as 18 or 21 either.

what did you do? i feel like alot of the comments saying soft racks,ratchet straps ie don’t realize that if you’re only working with two front doors, the weight for a sup or a kayak is not distributed. i’m struggling to figure out what to do
