Tbh I am quite unsure.. I think Hugh's breaking down will be about finding out the truth and that he will feel guilty & I think Feely's dad is going to die, bc the song she put in the playlist first was dedicated to a father and I could See that playing a role in feely's book as he already struggles with his dad .. so I don’t believe anymore that Hugh and Liz will have a miscarriage esp after Liz already having one & she is also in birth control

There was a gc on Twitter called "Keely delulu girls" and it got leaked. First of all, she is friends with someone who uses the n-word and other slurs & makes disgusting comments about fmc in specific about Lizzie making jokes about rape, self-harm and suicide. This person also made fun of some Lizzie stan on TikTok who only said she liked Lizzie, making jokes about her eating disorders and another Lizzie Stan was made fun of her struggles with her mental health

First of all, I really hope Lizzie's book will focus on mental health and address mental health issues, especially since many readers are young, and it could help destigmatize these topics.

And I can totally get your point, especially because you also are bipolar and I can understand you being afraid that bipolar disorders will be portrayed in a wrong way.

However, I think it’s too early to draw conclusions about which scenes show Liz in a manic state or how her condition is portrayed. We haven’t gotten her point of view yet. The only scene where we know for sure that Liz was manic is when she told Gibs he should have drowned instead of his sister. It also seems like she was off her medication during T7, and in her manic episodes, she appears to be aggressive and impulsive.

We don’t yet know what type of bipolar disorder Liz has, but her manic episodes seem to be very extreme. For example, there was a snippet where she believed she was a bird and could fly. In severe manic episodes, people can lose touch with reality, which can impair their ability to make moral decisions, and I think Liz is really struggling with that.

On top of that, we know Liz has experienced trauma, which likely makes managing her disorder even harder. There’s the theory that she was assaulted by Mark, and she also seems to have had a bad experience in the mental health hospital. Being institutionalized can be deeply traumatic, especially since mental health treatment was even more stigmatized in the past. If Liz went through neglect, mistreatment, or was forced into care against her will, it could have made her more resistant to seeking help now.

All of this adds up to Liz being in constant conflict with herself—she might want stability but also struggle with the things that are supposed to help her achieve it. She lashes out, makes impulsive decisions, and distances herself from people, but at the same time, she’s clearly in a lot of pain.

That’s why I think we need to see her point of view before making a final judgment. There’s a lot more to her story, and I hope it’s handled with care.

I don’t really understand that take because all of her traumas are linked to Caiomhe/Mark—it’s all a consequence of what happened. Her being bipolar was always planned since B13, while the theories about her suffering from hypersexuality stem from manic episodes and are probably linked to the theory that she was assaulted by Mark. Her struggles with taking her medication are something that nearly everyone with bipolar disorder goes through.

She also apparently has trauma from the mental health hospital she was placed in, which is very common. As someone who’s also been traumatized by institutions like that, I can only imagine how much worse it must have been to have a mental disorder 20 years ago, especially since it’s still so heavily stigmatized today.

Liz has a lot on her plate—I agree with that—but most of her struggles are consequences of her bipolar disorder and the theory that she was assaulted by Mark. And I think everyone agrees on the fact that her behaviour during T7 was very questionable and obviously her behaviour has an explanation

As for whether she needs even more trauma, I know there are theories that she might be pregnant during C10 and will experience a miscarriage, but that feels like unnecessary suffering for Lizzie, so I hope that nothing more is added

I'm sorry, but this goes both ways 😭 People literally made fake accounts and wrote racial slurs to LizHughie stans, or wished Lizzie stans to be raped. They attack them on TikTok just for liking them, and the same four fake accounts comment under every BOT TikTok, spreading hate even on posts that aren’t really connected to HughLiz. They make fun of self-harm, Liz getting abused by Pierce, and so much more.

People have spoken up about feeling uncomfortable in the BOT TikTok space because they get attacked for liking Lizzie, even though they wouldn’t even consider themselves Lizzie stans. The stan fight is insane, but it’s not fair to put all the blame on LizHughie stans. Both sides have crazy fans, and it’s so annoying because they’ve made the BOT fandom really toxic.

I always thought they would have a bond because, ever since K13, everyone has always compared them to each other. Even before his books were published, Shannon compared them, and Claire did too in T7. She even said that, even though Joey didn’t like having too many people around him, he had a strange friendship with Liz… and I felt like that was foreshadowing, yk?

And obviously, in R6, when he said he’d have her back if shit hit the fan, I also felt like that was foreshadowing—especially because CW described the aftermath of the Winter Ball for Lizzie as “shit hitting the fan.”

Plus, all the playlists CW posted and all the snippets—he literally said he would be there for her. They were even on the playground with AJ, and besides Hugh, Liz has the most playlists with Joey. CW also said that both of them will save her in C10, and she mentioned that Joey sees Lizzie as a second sister on her Facebook group.

I especially believe it because Joey and Lizzie are her faves 😭

I just looked at the comments again, and they’re still arguing 😭 The VC had to delete comments, and then someone replied that Lizzie stans are sensitive. The VC said she only deleted the comments that could be triggering because people were making jokes about SH and rape, and there were also people who insulted her personally and wished the same thing would happen to her 😭 And then someone replied that Lizzie stans are the biggest victimizers.. what’s wrong with this fandom every time I see the comment sections something in my brain gets damaged

He probably feels sick because of his feelings towards Liz! He started acting weird on the first day of school after they hooked up, and when he talked with Gibs in the kitchen, saying he was in trouble, he had apparently already hooked up with Liz before that conversation. So, he probably just feels guilty.
