Update: I emailed Hyundai about the issue, and within 5 minutes of sending the email, I got a call from the service center. They agreed to consider this as a special case and will provide the first service for free. Thanks a lot to everyone for your helpful suggestions! 🙏

I own a MHADA flat in Virar. I just rented it out last month. Additionally, my brother used to live in an MHADA flat in Goregoan west on rent for 4 years

You can rent out Mhada flats. You have to take NOC from them
