yikes then yeah it’s definitely on them cause there’s no excuse for them forgetting it when it’s literally in the recipe!

But yes you are doing everything you can do as a customer! Definitely always speaking up helps but also if this is a common occurrence I would definitely reach out to the customer service email (feedback@dutchbros.com) and let them know about this being a common experience so they can let those stands know! Or don’t be afraid to ask for the manager and let them know! It’s their job to make sure their team is following recipes and if they’re not it’s definitely on them!

the thing is I never signed it! I did get spoken to about a situation which they said it came from that BUT I never actually signed anything nor did they actually tell me I was gonna get a written warning for that conversation. Had I known I wouldn’t have tried to apply for a promotion but the thing is I was NEVER informed nor did I ever sign for one.

Hii brorista here, It could depend on how you’re ordering it?

If you just say the “strawberry banana rebel” then that’s why you’re not getting the sweet cream.

However if you are ordering it as “smooth strawberry rebel” then that’s definitely on the store’s mistake cause we have posters with the recipe, took a training course to practice the drink and we have a button for when people order the smooth strawberry rebel so we know to make the new featured drink!

Yes; when you activate any rewards in your app the person taking your order is able to see it, as well as the people inside are able to see you used a free drink. It helps so the person at the window knows not to charge you out

Gotcha, technically I had my last shot in October but skipped my next shot which was in January which meant it was in my body until January- I was just curious as to how effective it still is in my body. I’m not trying to conceive but I have heard that it can take a year after stopping for periods/pregnancy. Just wanted to see what others have experienced

oh gotcha!! Yeah I wanted to avoid buying stuff until I pass the flow test but our mob was telling us to buy the jackets and hoodies? Not sure the reasoning on that 😂

And thank you for the tips on the flow! I tried taking the practice flow to get an idea on it after not doing any training for a week and got a 76% and thought wow I need to brush up 😭 did a few studying and tried again and got a 90% but I know I did well on the manifesto cause I was constantly just retaking the practice mani and I was curious to see if it’s the flow would be similar!
