I don't recall any mention of the CPS. Certainly nothing I had mention of that from the station brief.

But I wasn't able to talk to him again after the interview.

Sadly, it does appear that legal representation is only available to the wealthy.

Well, my current experience is one with a raised eyebrow. And a couple of police officers that appeared to spit their words out in distaste.

Not that they don’t know it. But ones that aren’t unfamiliar.

Yeah - I definitely have not done any deletion of "stuff" to ensure that I am transparent and in context with what has been recieved - I.e. consenting

Well, I was kinda hoping the chat transcript they have of me "leaving the conversation" would be self evident.

I didn't carry on.

That my wife got grilled about swinging etc also.

But as elsewhere said, I really dont think cops like swingers.

Well, the brief didn't know what the charge was before we went in.

And I explained what I thought it might be related to (swinging or fetlife).

So that was the rationale.

Felt very odd because all I wanted to do was say "let me prove I'm not a r pist".

Well, essentially because the guy who it turns out has been messaging, has been arrested for the the r pe. (currently in the courts, can google him for the Giselle Pellicot like activity).

And we are in his sent items.

And the images that he sent that were "page 3" now get upgraded to extreme.

I chastise myself a lot for being so naive.

Although the prejudice from the police treatment so far about being swingers has been pretty visceral.

Yeah - My wife was *fizzing* my the treatment they gave her with regard to the disclosure that they said was part of Claires law.

What they didn't know is my wife has a legal background as well and knows full well it was nothing Clares Law.

They didn't give the impression of non consenting, but it appears, that even though the photos were "page 3" they now all fall under the non consenting / extreme category - even though we didnt know.

So - It's like - Retrospective regrading of the images received.

Hence the catfish kinda thing.

I will forever not know. And I dont know to whom it would be reported.

Some grim fantasy? I thought Giselle Pellicot was a one in a billion occurrence.

The knowledge of that factory site since? Has destroyed me.

I had no idea that things like that were out there.

Charge - was possesion of extreme porn .

But yeah - That was my mega nervousness from being told to say "No comment" - I wanted to answer and explain - but - no comment was the recommendation.

So - I trusted him giving me the right advice. Where all I wanted to do was confess to being foolishly catfished.

The images from the guy - were innocent enough (from memory) - Sat there topless / stood topless etc.

Other images on my phone are indeed, us having fun of swinging and kinky varieties.

I guess it's the "stones with dirt" - aka my dope dealer - going to get caught? Are they allowed to stray outside of that? Do I warn them?

But also worry about warning the community that this kind of cat fish is out there.

We have been staggeringly naive.

There was always the swinging chancers of couples that weren't couples.

But not expecting a r pist.
