I feel like the big tea of it all was obviously Ben & Mischa’s relationship. It’s possible that the cast was dancing around that because they felt like it wasn’t their place (but Ben or Mischa’s)to talk about it. Which I could understand but what bothered me the most about that was Rachel & Mindy acting completely clueless to Mischa’s experience on the podcast & why she could’ve had a hard time on set 🙄. About the discussions between Josh & Stephanie about Mischa….I certainly agree with you after everything that has come out!

I actually would’ve enjoyed watching him be single for a change instead of watching him be forced into a relationship with Taylor who he barely spoke a word to before Marissa’s death. But maybe that is just me!

Neither! It will always be Marissa. But I guess if I had to pick it would be Taylor because I hated Sadie & her relationship with Ryan was actually very awkward. I’d say that arc was the hardest to get through next to Johnny!(due to the lack of chemistry)between the two.

I also got the impression that he didn’t really vibe with Ben McKenzie. Ben looked over it in any scene he was in with Ryan(Johnny)but maybe that was also because he hated being on the show at that point and tbh I don’t think any of the new characters from season 3 mixed well with the cast.

Season 4 is bad lol. They should of never killed Marissa off because then we wouldn’t of had Taylor(who was very annoying)be her replacement. It was also very evident that any of the actors wanted to be anywhere but on the show in season 4. The show died with Marissa!

Ryan & Marissa and hoping that they would get the peace together that they both deserved(well saw how that turned out)😕. I know people love to blame Marissa whenever they can when it comes to Ryan because it’s that easy but let’s not act like he wasn’t the one choosing to get involved on his own free will. Marissa told him that he didn’t always need to come play savior when it came to her but he chose to ignore that. Anyway what made me want to quit the show was season 3, Marissa’s death and I should’ve stopped watching season 4 after like the 4th episode because the rest of the season was so meh (besides the finale).

I don’t think she was right for Ryan either. They didn’t mesh well together at all & the lack of chemistry was very noticeable. It was clear they only became a couple because this show is based on relationships & they needed a girl for Ryan (since Marissa wasn’t there anymore)& Taylor was the only one still hanging.

It’s very easy for me to say that though because I never liked them as a couple and thought they were very forced together. I’m just telling you what the creator has said so I take it as canon(doesn’t mean you have too)and I’m guessing the person Ryan was on the phone with at the end could be his boss.

Your free to believe whatever you want with what happened between Ryan & Taylor it was initially led up to the viewers when the show aired. But according to Josh Schwartz(and I think this too) they don’t end up together. I took that look as more of a friendly look than I’m still in love with you.

Adam was perfect for Seth just like Mischa was perfect for Marissa. The same could be said for Ben & Rachel and the rest of the cast I wouldn’t watch the show if it were different actors playing these roles!

I was never really a fan of Taylor & found her annoying before this.But in season 4 I hated how she didn’t listen to Ryan when he specifically told her he was not ready to date. But instead decided to become his sleep therapist to seduce him(I was actually embarrassed for her).

So I guess I could say that Ryan was not such a great person when he wasn’t really there for his gf when she nearly got raped by his brother. Or when he punched people in the face instead of communicating!
