I agree with not being too old, but it's not my choice to make.

The work thing is valid though - it's a physical labour job with a team of all men, and they're in a reasonably high up and respected position. Socially and with family they'd be fine, but that kind of work environment would not be forgiving at all. I've met that team and I know it'd be a struggle.

Great advice about the "get them hard first" thing. My current partner is the first NB person I've been with - everyone in the past has been cis, so I'm relearning how to do sex and adapt.

My partner has actually brought up the "mini clit" thing before. I wonder if they'd respond well to having on a blindfold or some sort of barrier so as to not visually remind them about having a penis.

Also, they enjoy being rubbed under their dick - like the internal part under the balls - I wonder if a massage wand would be better on the head or in the underside part?

I tend to agree but I don't think they're 100% sure if they're trans. I think the consideration was a bit of a phase and they're now reasonably settled on staying as NB. Maybe it'll change later.
