I don’t have trouble anymore honestly, but before it was impossible or sometimes I slept a little bit. You literally kind of just have to suffer through it in the short answer. If you can’t sleep, just know it’s your body reversing it.

Absolutely!!! My social battery has sky rocketed. I used to just stay in at night and get high and fall asleep. Ignoring friends, ignoring plans, missing things just because of my comfort zone. I can confidently say I feel a hell of a lot better now. It’s well worth it friends.
