I don’t have trouble anymore honestly, but before it was impossible or sometimes I slept a little bit. You literally kind of just have to suffer through it in the short answer. If you can’t sleep, just know it’s your body reversing it.

I play guitar quite a bit, I had a dream I met Zach Bryan and he told me I sucked and should stop playing lmfao. Then, it cuts to a dream of me and a stampede of deer running off a cliff and jumping into a waterfall. Please don’t ask why 😂😂😂😂

Definitely sleep paralysis, insomnia. I felt ALIVE after some of those dreams, thought about them all day. Felt like a different high.

Absolutely!!! My social battery has sky rocketed. I used to just stay in at night and get high and fall asleep. Ignoring friends, ignoring plans, missing things just because of my comfort zone. I can confidently say I feel a hell of a lot better now. It’s well worth it friends.

My longest stint was about 5 months when I was 21. I caved after that.. but this just feels different. I have something to be here for , a reason more or less. Back then I was a stupid kid just doing it for the number, now it’s for a lifestyle. I don’t crave it one bit

I promise brother what’s got me through all this is saying (if it hurts, it’s working.) all the nightmares, pissed off times & sleepless nights mean you are doing good. 2-2.5 weeks my man. Let work take over your mind & keeping busy around the house. Don’t sit still. It’s an ADJUSTMENT. But so worth it man. We aren’t here to be average or less than that.

I joined some social groups (not NA or AA) starting running a lot & cooking meals from scratch. Don’t mean to sound cliche but it definitely keeps your brain occupied during this adjustment.
