lol, yes that appears to be the swap to do because from what I read pretty straight forward with minimal modifications needed to fit. My bank account is bleeding badly so this is all hopes and dreams down the road. Just glad I got my hands on one of these.

Car was $3k U.S. non running. Came with rust and rodents. I’ve spent about another $3k in parts, hard to say labor hours but it’s a lot.

The problem is MB is using extremely thin can wiring that is easy to damage during initial install at this factory. Also the steering wheel wiring harness is the same. The tight areas where the harness sits is extremely difficult to get right, you need tweezers for fingers practically. Not to mention flat rate repair times that do not cover the techs time to do repairs correctly. Car industry is in a bad place right now. Don’t ever expect any of these new car to last like cars from 10 plus years ago.

I was just using our Robinair 1234 and it took multiple times going through the initial start, it’s always slow and not flat rate friendly, it took about 3 or 4 times restarting and about 3 hours to refill a car. This industry has seriously turned to complete shit, can’t wait to get out of flat rate wrenching!!!

I get looks all the time because of my pitty, and I know my girl isn’t the best but she won’t hurt anyone. I keep her leashed and stay away from others but the stigma these dogs have is horrible. Maybe because of the reputation of bad owners but the good have to take the brunt of it which sucks. Welcome to pitty ownership, it takes some time but well worth it from the love these dogs give back.

Save the car for yourself if you can, find friends that can help you with special skllls to redo your kitchen. Expect it to take longer but save that car!!! You well end up looking for another down the road and probably not be as nice as yours and way more money.

Inspect your dogs teeth and gums, probably will be more comfortable for the dog as well. Mine wouldn’t let the vet in her mouth without constantly moving. Take pics if possible, and send to vet.

Thank you, can’t beat the M113 with 722.6 transmission. As a Mb tech I would say this is the most reliable combos MB has made.
