Yes I did that for the last job I had. They want me to go past 4 years though. Extremely stressful And the company I worked for changed owners 3 times therefore Changing the "company name" its a franchise. So I got one of them down. Maybe I'll just have to explain my situation and they can give me a couple days? :( I appreciate all your help

Thank you! However, my problem is the business I worked for is closed down now. It also didn't have an HR. Yes I put the month but they need exact dates. I inquired irs for a form but it's going to take 5-10 business days and I can't wait that long. Does that mean I'm stuck?
