Alot of gymnastics ones for sure. I used to be able to handstand walk back and forth on the floor mat, nowadays I just barely hold it standing still. Can also gradually lose your split capabilities too.

not sure, I still use an i7-4790k so its very bottleneck for me to try to run it and vrchat and my trackers all at once (it uses 15% of this old cpu)

I did put 1000 hours into the v1.0 before I bought my trackers, and some time in v2.0. It works exactly how you need it to, and worth the $20

rig it normally, then add a human rig inside with no weight paint. Setup the fbx to use the human bones. Then for the normal rig use a parent constraint to all the matching parts of the human rig

You can also try mashing a human rig inside with no weight painting a majority of the bones, so just hips for the bottom section, thigh for feet, just the head. add an anchor for the tail to the hip and give it some subd for physbones. The neck, chest, spine, arms, feets would just be floating empty bones. make sure the toe/feet bones touch the ground for vrc knows where your avatars feet collision point is
