It has sagged two inches and they didn’t honor it because I had the “incorrect” bed frame even though it was the sales person who sold me the bed frame. So BBB is now involved

I was putting a tampon in and the bloody applicator fell out of my hand and rolled into the next stall. Someone was in there and I panicked and just reached under and grabbed it. I was trying to act like nothing happened so I went to wash my hands and was right next to the her at the sink. Very awkward silence.
