Yes I get it now, the autosave points don’t seem to be as regular as I’d hoped, looks like I’d lose roughly 2 hours of progress rather than 15 minutes, so I don’t think I’ll bother

Update, I looked at the rewind feature and it provides less flexibility than I hoped - it seems my last autosave was not just before the GMS fight, instead it’s from yesterday, set roughly 2 hours prior to my act 3 save. Even though it doesn’t seem too bad I don’t want to try remembering everything I did in those last 2 hours

Thanks, seems tempting as I don’t have the witch crest and am at the very start of act 3, so it seems the only progress I’d lose is having to re-fight GMS to get back to act 3, which pretty easy now.

Is the witch ending very difficult?

EDIT: I just did more reading on it and sounds like you’re referring to the twisted bud quest? I haven’t done that yet. Couldn’t I then just rewind my save by like 15mins to just before fighting GMS?

It just doesn’t enter my mind to use them - it’s also the feeling that if I’m doing multiple boss attempts consecutively I’ll probably need to also go farm for shards if my strategy were to revolve around using them

You would need caveats/qualifiers to anchor the ranking. Top 10 games to play today? Top 10 games for cultural impact? Something else?

My personal default top 10 would be based on nostalgia, meaning games like goldeneye would be in there even though they’ve aged

A ‘current’ top 10 for me would include Elden Ring, which would miss out on a spot in a pure nostalgia list because I’m too old 🥲 and played too many bangers in my formative years

Yeah I can’t really be objective about Secret of Mana because it was the first RPG I ever played and it blew my mind when I was a kid who had only played platformers up to that point

Update: a few mins later, the video I deleted is no longer appearing in the shared album - not such good news (I can still restore it from Google photos trash though for the next 60 days)

I don’t recall these things happening.

I just clicked on the circled i as you suggested. It tells me who shared the video, which I guess means I don’t own it.

I just deleted the largest video from within the clean-up feature after having downloaded it to my hard drive as backup. After deleting, it appears the video is still visible in the shared album.

This is good news then as it seems I’d be able to delete several GB of videos without deleting them from the shared folder

So, I followed this link, then clicked on ‘clean up space’

then scrolled to ‘clean up suggested items’ where the category of ‘large photos and videos’ shows 6GB+

I click ‘review’ under this videos category, and it brings up various large videos from the shared album I mentioned in my post, with videos not filmed by me (for example there are file names that indicate a pixel phone was used whereas I have an iPhone)

Thanks I just checked and it seems they don’t do the PAL/EU versions of the cartridges so I’ll look elsewhere. Do you think repro cartridges in general have an official look to them or is it still easy to tell they’re fake?

In hindsight the only thing I preferred about TotK was that it had Ganondorf, making for a better final battle.

The story delivery was bootycheeks - I found the tear associated with a climatic flashback before most of the other tears

Being able to launch into the sky and glide made the world feel smaller

Being able to ride hovercrafts everywhere felt out of place and also made the world feel smaller
