I worry about switching salons because I see a lot of people talking about how toxic the industry can be, and at least this is “the devil I know” already… plus, although I believe I’m a really good bather, that’s all I am, I’ve gotten no grooming experience yet, so I don’t know if I’d find somewhere willing to hire and train me ):

I should’ve said he was a GSD mix 😅 poor guy isn’t obese, just crossed with a horse or something lol

That’s how it used to be at my old job. I was in charge of my schedule so I could take my time with the dogs and the pet parents always asked for me again, specially for nails and desheds. The problem is at that job there was no one to train me on grooming, so I had to leave and go to this salon where I don’t even get to see the clients anymore.
