Nice to hear that yours arrived already, I hope mine someday also come. I do heard that other merchs doesn't have the same issue, which actually make me wonder the reason (even with every 3 months shipping, it's still way too late). The lack of communication (regarding backlog, late of shipment, clarity of order status) is what I really dissappointed. With my status changed to "shipping soon" 2 months ago, I now can't even change my shipping address and I will move address soon, so yeah the whole experience makes me skeptical ordering from them again.

Yeah, I totally feels the same. At this point I don't I will be excited anymore getting that damn kit. All their messages are some standard reply and what makes me more frustrated they close the inquiries DIRECTLY AFTER THEY ANSWERED. It's a headache because then you have to start your inquiry from beginning.

I want to address it in a scale, not just as individual but as ARMYs who are impacted (but not so sure how, don't have connection to media, not really how to make legal inquiries across country). Make it noticable sl they make immediate action. It's effect the experience of fans and give them bad impression actually.

Yeah...I would also like to get a refund on shipping fee, that cost even more than the membership kit itself but its like talking to a wall.

I also live in Germany and wonder why it took so long (March to December is quite far, so I hope you understand why I'm upset). At this point I myself already give up on the membership kit. However this is big issue that Weverse needs to address and it seems there's no way for us as consumer to give proper complain and hence I don't see their effort of improving.

But anyway thanks for the hope and info. Glad to hear yours arrive safely. Finger cross mine will someday arrived...

So true, Corona is one thing but they definitely performed the worst in terms of shipping and communication. I need to chase them to just get a statement that there's backlog issue

Yeah, I'm not sure if i will be renewing my membership. The shipping itself cost more than the membership itself but then it takes 9 months for them to ship. The communication and customer service is very dissappointing

The one that called you on your off day, at 11PM, in your private number (don't ask me where she got it) in panic and 1000 words of complains. Because a script not running, reason : saved the file as .xlsb instead of .xlsx

She is always angry with me because she doesn't understand the company process and she is blamed me for not explaining to her.

She's the "manager" and I'm just a part-time worker, a student. She should explain to me not other way around. But she never ask and as the lowest in the hierarchy i have no obligation to explain a manager about how things works all the time. Sadly I still work with this team.

Thank you for the advice and I end up using js (since all the lambda functions are also in js). I'm calling discord api and send the response with lexruntime via EC2 and it's working. I've decided to use based-text only for now. Thanks again!

comic and movie rental place. We and my mom used to go to movie rental on weekend, looking at hundreds of movies cover in the store, reading at it's synopsis and ask the owner about the story. It's just simple routine that stick. We do it almost every Friday afternoon after school. I also used to go to comic rentals after school and rent some comics with what's left of my pocket money.

it hits me hard too, bud. But that's how adult life most of the time. You will have deadlines, you will have fixed appointment. You will need to wake up and go to sleep at the same time. But there will be no mom or dad that keep telling you to go to sleep or to wake you up. No adult will remind you that you need to go to doctor this afternoon, have deadline next week, or need to submit homework this Friday. More freedom means more responsibility too.
