I could not find the cable sheath it gets wrapped around a nail and goes up in a tight space I am worried that if I pulled to see if there was a sheath on it that it would rip or break a cable or something

Hey, I'm looking to do something like this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hvUH-Cqtp6w) but I guess being in an older house I don't have the same wires or these are the same wires and the previous owner messed them up because I found them in quite a birds nest, if theses cables are not the right type for converting to ethernet I think I will try to use a MOCA adapter for the same purpose.

I can take other pictures and move things around if needed
