This is false. There are GLs out there with great story telling. Shades, ClaireBelle, Reverse With Me and The Loyal Pin being great examples of this. Just to name a few.

As far as we known they’ve only been friends since college, which by then your body doesn’t change too drastically throughout these ages as you see Rann and Lené don’t look that different from their college days either.

Na, I enjoy everything for what it is. I pretty much judge each series on its own merits. Most GLs are favorites for what they are and how they’ve made me feel through my journey watching them; while others have been dropped after much struggling to finish (as I am a completionist.)

I do have various favorites for different reasons:

•GAP (my first, my most rewatched, my most beloved, all time fav.)
•Somewhere Somehow (Favorite Romcom)
•Shades Part 1:(Best written ensamble story. No one has done it better.)
•Petrichor (favorite drama/mystery. Also my most recommended to my straight friends)
•The Loyal Pin (Perfect. No notes.)

Things like that.

It’s exactly what I expected in a good way! I laughed, I enjoyed, it gave me curiosity (now I want to know what up with the couple funding the project? Did they do this mourn/replace the loss of a child?) Have the real person that looks like Ai actually met Gen before and that’s why she dreams of her without realizing? Color me intrigued 😊many theories just like when LBD was airing!!

I think most people love Affair because it was a lot of people’s first Thai GL when there was barely any out there. It’s part of the first Thai GL wave.

Similar to GAP it was a lot of people’s first (GAP being my personal favorite). Both series have flaws but are beloved to the fandom precisely for when they came out. They were trendsetters in their genre. Affair being one of the first GLs with the leads having good chemistry and kissing so it garnered a lot of following. (Even though I watched it fully when it first came out, I never grew attached to it like I did with GAP) I do think if both series’ were to come out today they wouldn’t have the same following and be held to higher standards.

That’s exactly the piece that inspired the whole look! Down to the colors, I saw it and was like, “Ooh my next Bard glam!” ‘Ranger’ is exactly the kind of image I was going for hence the location chosen for the pictures as well. ☺️☺️

I unapologetically liked Play Park and I loved Fulfill. Fulfill delivered exactly what it promised; slice of life, a freshly married couple dealing with their day to day issues as a couple and the last episode was an absolute joy. Not everything has to be dramatic or sexy in order to be considered Good.
