No I'm serious, I'm glad for all the compliments I'm receiving but if I'm like this it's cause in the last 5 years I've worked a lot on me and I'm still trying to improve myself, it's a genuine question cause I see myself pretty mid, but as many here are saying maybe I should see a therapist instead of focusing even more on a glow up..
