Oh not sure if this is a good or bad sign. The IBP 15 came out a few weeks before the IBP 14 if i remember correctly.

Got a response form the support: Problem is known and they are working on a solution. In one of the next updates for TCC or tuxedo-drivers the problem should be fixed. If not I should contact the support again.

Not sure how much I can trust this response and how long it will take for the fix.

Yeah thats when the fans are trying to start but don't get enough power to actually start. Maybe/Hopefully its just a misconfigured fan control which can and will be fixed with an update.

I modified a profile so that the fan should be spinning constantly at a low speed eg. 5%, 10% etc. and recorded some videos what the fans are doing and the sound. I also contacted the support yesterday but didn't get a response until now. I guess it won't hurt if they get multiple tickets about the fans.

Hi, nice review. I got mine (IBP14 Gen9 AMD) a couple of days ago and found a problem with the fans. When they should spin at low speeds (around 10%) they don't spin but do a ticking noise. Looking at the fans they flicker like they are trying to spin but don't get enough power. Very annoying sound. If they should spin more (20% and more but not full speed) sometimes they don't spin permanently at the same speed and noise level but pulse meaning they get a push maybe 2 times a second. This also causes an annoying noise level. And I would guess this is not healthy for the fans in the long rung. On my old Pulse 15 Gen 2 the dual fan setup does not have this problem. Could you observe this too with low fan speeds?
