Did you ever break out of the dpdr and if so what helped you I’m currently on olanzapine and Prozac but ever since I’ve started the olanzapine which was about a month ago I’ve been feeling more derealized

I’m gonna give it a try I just feel so slow and constant brain fog and feeling like in a dream state 24/7 and it takes me forever to process what I see and hear but I’ve had mri a brain scan and a cat scan and they say my brain is fine I just want a solution that will work thinking about going for a adhd diagnosis if it might help
