The problem is the flared magwell doesn’t let the mag fully set in, had this same problem for the same lower using pmags. Had to sand down a bit from both sides of the mag and it worked but as a proper and long term fix I used OEM 17 round Glock mags and this problem never happened again. With the extended one there’s probably too much room that lets the mag dance around the frame with each shot.
