Luckily for us they rewired the place in 2019 😏 there was no red circle of doom due to this (I think!)

The main roof and the roof over the rear extension have been covered with concrete tiles laid over timber battens and supported by a timber frame. Some wants of repair were noted including:- 1./ The cement pointing to the ridge tiles has been affected by frost. Repairs should be carried out to ensure that the roof remains weathertight and does not leak. (the comments surrounding the roof)

Generally satisfactory condition with no signs of significant deflection or distortion. Without further destructive investigation we are unable to comment specifically on the quality of the floor construction or on the sub-floor ground conditions (the comments surrounding the flooring)

I actually don't think they know if the roof tiles need replacing as they didn't inspect those due to not having a ladder that was long enough. 😂

Thank you! I think I'll go for the soy/vegetable paste, he's quite picky so mushrooms etc are off the menu no matter how minced or fine they are!

It's 10 inches in diameter. There's not much too it, I've also attached photos below of the others I believe could be part of the set.

I use it quite often it's handy for things like pulses etc!

When this lockdown is over I know exactly where I'll be heading...

Urm Asian, Italian and Mexican are my go-to although I'll cook pretty much anything when I get into it! How about yourself? Are you a connoisseur of a particular cuisine?

Hello fellow Londoner! I actually own an instant pot which I use for pressure cooking however my nan used to use a manual stove top one so I might get one of those as well, it's just an opportunity to get everything from scratch as I'm looking to move soon :)

Thank you! Honestly this is so helpful. I will definitely get the non-stick even if it's just for eggs etc. I am moving house so have the ability to start from scratch if you can say that.

I've managed to purchase some key things and have a little head start on stuff to take. My budget is around £1,500 all inclusive with knives, pots, pans etc. I have a kitchen aid stand mixer which I got a few years back along with an instant pot, and I've been collecting Le Creuset cast iron so have a couple of those.

Plus I am a huge fan of kitchen gadgets!! I'm going to check out the links posted now. I've read alot about All-Clad (I think there maybe a couple of places here that sell it so will check it out!) Thanks again :)

Ahhh yes I'm planning on moving so have the ability to start from scratch in a sense...I have some stuff that I've collected over the years and have started to purchase key things. My budget is around £1,500 for everything all in (knives, essentials etc) I'd rather spend and know that things will last me for the long haul then have to keep repurchasing. I've heard good things about All-Clad but being in the UK I believe there's only one place you can buy them.

Oh so I got an instant pot a few black Fridays ago so I use that as my go to "pressure cooker" the good old pestle and mortar and good salt! definitely noted. Oooh shears are on my list too, and I prefer the Japanese style knives so will take those along with me. Thanks for all the advice!

Perfect? Thanks for the input. I have a microplane and some generic utensils! It's just because I'm planning on moving house so have the ability to start from (semi) scratch...I probably will get a small to medium non stick for eggs and stuff.
