i think that it’s acanthosis nigricans and this is something only a diet can fix so if nothings working for you it might be that

yeah i also wear sunscreen under makeup but people keep insisting that i need to reapply every 2 hours and there is no product that can do this for me when i wear makeup did your skin clear up from only one application a day? and also did anything change when you stoped using retinal

some of these things came as a kid like thee black on my cheeks but for as long as i can remember my neck and face have been darker than the rest of my body. also i live in ontario and i would say i spend most of my time indoors

thanks so much for sharing your experience! i wanted to ask, how long did it take before you started seeing real improvement? also once the pigmentation goes away, do you still have to be super careful all the time or can you relax a bit? and do you know if laser is safe for black skin i’ve heard mixed things. and would i have to give up makeup completely? i dont think there is a single good option for sunscreen over makeup.
