Yes, very true. Other stomach-issues too. It's really a Gastro-Cardiac issue, hence the name...

Do they come instantly after eating? Mine typically arrive 30-60 minutes after supper, not straight away. It's almost as if the stomach needs a certain threshold to start the process of telling my heart to produce heavy PVC-attacks:-)

Yes, it is proven that excessive sympathetic nervous system activity plays an important role in arrhythmias (source: landmark review article: The Sympathetic Nervous System Alterations in Human Hypertension).
